Michelle 1 year ago What a beautiful way to see Auckland from a different perspective. It is really interesting learning about all the different landmarks and history of Auckland. The sugar-mill story was fascinating and viewing Rangitoto Island from the top, was awesome!! Even learning about the bridge and seeing it move as much as it does when you are underneath is really cool. Another highlight was being able to see the bungy jumpers jump from the pod underneath the bridge. We were right opposite them on the bridge and you can watch it all unfold.

I have done this bridge climb several times and thoroughly loved it

I have done this bridge climb several times and thoroughly loved it. I took my mum back the second time to do it and she was the same. The view is absolutely spectacular, not to mention the actual walk itself. The commentary is really interesting with the guides talking about the history of Auckland itself and pointing out the different landmarks along with interesting facts. The bridge itself and the learning about how they built it etc was absolutely fascinating, we even got to see the bridge move up and down whilst we were underneath it. The other really cool thing is that you get to see the jumpers do the bungy and if you choose, can do it also. Highly highly recommend this.
