Victor Linglart 4 months ago We took the Moreton Island cruise. The day was perfect, the booking was seamless and the staff on arrival were friendly and very helpful. Getting on the boat, wow, it was so clean and modern and the lunch was good. The cruise was well. We saw lots of dugongs and turtles ! The snorkel in the shipwreck was also amazing with lots of fishes! Thoroughly recommend this cruise!
The snorkelling was fantastic

The snorkelling was fantastic, seeing the shipwrecks, the variety of fish and coral. the staff very friendly and informative, lunch was good, however, it was very disappointing as we saw 1 dugong, the fin of a dolphin and two turtles. I guess there's not much you can do about nature but considering it was a dolphin tour and we're led to believe that there was going to be an abundance of sealife, it wasn't good. Also, we all just stood on the beach. it would be good to have tea and coffee after the swim as everyone was feeling cold.

Had a wonderful day out snorkelling and seeing the marine life

Had a wonderful day out snorkelling and seeing the marine life. Pickup from Brisbane was at an easy and convenient location next to Roma Street station. The boat ride was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful and made my first time snorkelling a positive and fun experience. No worries for those who can't swim - there are life jackets, pool noodles, etc provided. The wrecks themselves are amazing, plenty of fish and a turtle even made an appearance while we were in the water. After snorkelling, we had buffet lunch and then some free time to swim and explore the island before heading off to spot some animals. We saw dolphins, dugongs and turtles. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the trip
Francesca Worboys 1 year ago

We really enjoyed the trip, the whole day was very well organised and ran really smoothly right from the start. We got picked up at a given location on time and had a short trip to the marina/port. The crew were super friendly and made the day relaxed and fun. Throughout the tour, we managed to see dolphins, sea turtles and dugongs which was super! The snorkelling part of the trip was also fantastic and we saw so many different species of fish and even some wobbegong (carpet sharks). The only thing we would say about the snorkelling is that is can get very crowded around the shipwrecks especially at the start when everyone gets into the water together, so maybe keep that in mind if you’re not a great swimmer or get panicked easily (like I did). In respect to this, a shout out must go out to Shannon who let me go around with her during the session in order to avoid the crowds and keep me calm after I had a panic attack. Which I’m very thankful for because otherwise I would have got out of the water and missed all the wonderful fish.

Everything was amazing
Sunny 3 years ago

Everything was amazing, the only unlucky thing was, no dolphins were seen. But I loved the view, amazingly beautiful and snorkelling experience. Omg! Making me going again soon. Loved the weather, the staff members were very friendly, and everything was good. I just wish we had seen a few dolphins too. Else I loved the tour, had an amazing day, this will be a great memory in my life. Thank You!

This experience provided the perfect present for my fiance's birthday that both of us will remember
Tom Mitchell 3 years ago

This experience provided the perfect present for my fiance's birthday that both of us will remember. Despite us both living in Brisbane - neither of us had we snorkelled the wrecks at Tangalooma and this allowed us to do so in a controlled, fun and informative environment. We picked perhaps the worst day to do so with torrential rain hitting Brisbane that day, but despite the wet weather - viability was still great and we were blown away with the vast and numerous amount of fish + dugongs and sea turtles around the wrecks. Lunch was great we when got back on the boat - cold chook/prawns and salad.. exactly what we needed after a good swim. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins - a result of the poor weather. However, the crew on board were excellent - both friendly and helpful which enhanced the experience and made up for the weather. The only negative was that we had to pay an additional $20 each for snorkel/fins/gloves etc... something we believe should be included in the price and was a bit of a pain when you've already forked out good money for it. With that in mind - the two of us highly recommend it and will both be back again on a sunny day when we can fully appreciate the beauty that is Moreton Island!
