Ryan Cooke 9 months ago I initially thought the booking for this had gone horribly wrong as I purchased the voucher only to find the Brewery tour on the Carlton website was full for the day I had chosen. However a quick call to Experience Oz and it was all sorted out. Great customer service. The brewery tour itself was ok, it would pay not to go on a weekend as not a lot was happening at the brewery, the packaging and bottling plant wasn't running. The tour guide was still enthusiastic and knew his stuff, it didn't sound like a rehearsed script that some tours do. Beer tasting and pub meal afterwards was really good!!
