Onsen Hot Pools was amazing. Staff were friendly. Views were beautiful. The hot pools were incredible. So nice and relaxing!

This has to be the most relaxing activity you could do when visiting Queenstown

This has to be the most relaxing activity you could do when visiting Queenstown. It was amazing in winter, I can only assume further into winter with more snow it would be even more beautiful. You overlook the mountains in an extremely private room. The water is a perfect temperature and you have the option to add drinks to your package at the pools themselves. The hour I purchased was more than enough relaxation time, though you can get longer periods. The staff were great and friendly. I would definitely return on my next trip over.

If I was to do it again I would only do it if the mountains were totally covered in snow as it wasn't that scenic as your in a small valley

If I was to do it again I would only do it if the mountains were totally covered in snow as it wasn't that scenic as your in a small valley. The service is very relaxing and inviting. I would ensure no more than two to a pool as space in the pools are limited. Definitely include the candlelight and indulgence package as it makes it all the more special.
